If you’re new to exercise, I’ll guide you through an onboarding process that includes physical fitness assessments and daily communication through our training app. This will help me create a customized program that fits your experience level, goals, and available equipment. And with weekly check-ins, we’ll be able to evaluate your progress closely.
No. I won’t provide a new one every week because the last thing I want you to do is food waste. Instead, I’ll give you specific macro and calorie recommendations, and you’re free to make changes to your food choices as long as you stick to those guidelines.
I understand that everyone has unique equipment at home or at the gym, and I’ll tailor your program to fit your equipment. I’ve worked with numerous clients with different equipment combinations, and I’m confident I can do the same for you. So feel free to share pictures or videos of your gym setup, and we’ll work together to create a program that fits your needs.
We’ll start with a check-in message through the app, so I can get a sense of how you’re doing and offer any support you may need.
Next, we’ll have weekly accountability check-ins where I’ll provide you with specific goals for the week ahead. This helps keep you focused and on track toward your overall fitness goals.
During the onboarding process, we’ll also discuss any obstacles or challenges you may face on your journey, and we’ll work together to develop strategies to overcome them. This will help you avoid falling back into old habits and establish healthy new ones.
I’ll also track your personal bests, exercise streaks, and weight management to remind you of your progress and motivate you to keep going. This kind of positive reinforcement can be incredibly effective in helping you stay accountable and committed to your fitness goals.
I understand that everyone’s schedule is unique and different. That’s why my exercises can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your needs and goals. Programs are designed to be efficient and effective, so even if you only have a short amount of time, we can make it count. I will work with you to develop personalized training that fits your schedule.
Once you become part of my program, you’ll receive a link through your email to download my training app. Once you’ve set up your account, you’ll be greeted with a personalized message from me to kick off your fitness journey.
