lifestyle change?

As a 255-pound kid then became a 335-pound adult, I went through plenty of experiences that have left a long-lasting mark of insecurities . I was SPIT on, kids would put signs on my back, I was sucker punched in the face, I was told I’ll never amount to ANYTHING because I was fat, I’ve even has sodas and slurpees thrown at me and even robbed at gunpoint. Tell yourself, “I REFUSE TO GIVE UP! “‼️ But that didn’t make me stop! I decided to make a change in my life with my weight and appearance. “If I want to accomplish my dream, I need to start changing my mindset and my body.” My wife informed me about intermittent fasting along with taking in more healthy foods. After doing quite a bit of research, along with her input, my discipline turned from inconsistent to being 100% consistent! I lost a significant amount of weights while at the same time building muscle and burning fat

I realize that through trial and error, weight gain, weight loss, muscle building, and muscle loss that it really boils down to a few simple things:

  1. Being & staying disciplined.
  2. Consistency makes such a difference in our life.
  3. Having patience while truly believing in yourself so that we can Conquer our goals.

This took, days, weeks, months, years, failure, setbacks, learning from my mistakes, and being taught by phenomenal people in my life, such as my brother Dorian Drake and my Wifey, Danelle along with others who saw the potential in me and never gave up ‼️ So if you feel like giving up,
