I’ve recently adopted the motto: “You can’t make excuses and progress at the same time.” Why? Because I got to a point where I realized my excuses took me to a place where I lost self confidence. After adjusting my mindset and attitude, I made progress to the healthy lifestyle I really wanted and discovered the ability to help other people do the same.

BOOK A CALL WITH MEAs a 255-pound kid then became a 335-pound adult, I went through plenty of experiences that have left a long-lasting mark of insecurities . I was SPIT on, kids would put signs on my back, I was sucker punched in the face, I was told I’ll never amount to ANYTHING because I was fat, I’ve even has sodas and slurpees thrown at me and even robbed at gunpoint. Tell yourself, “I REFUSE TO GIVE UP! “‼️ But that didn’t make me stop! I decided to make a change in my life with my weight and appearance. “If I want to accomplish my dream, I need to start changing my mindset and my body.” My wife informed me about intermittent fasting along with taking in more healthy foods. After doing quite a bit of research, along with her input, my discipline turned from inconsistent to being 100% consistent! I lost a significant amount of weights while at the same time building muscle and burning fat
I realize that through trial and error, weight gain, weight loss, muscle building, and muscle loss that it really boils down to a few simple things:
